WHY LEE & HWANG
Beyond movement and reservations, we design program structures and on-site experiences aligned with each project purpose.
We work to the standards of trust and execution required by corporations and institutions.
We define objectives, stakeholders, budgets, and success criteria before designing the project structure.
We connect overseas institutions, local partners, education resources, and event infrastructure for practical collaboration.
We manage participant movement, protocol, meeting operations, and risk response with field-level precision.
We connect training, exchange, networking, and follow-up outcomes into one purposeful journey.
WHAT WE DO
Our business is not built around generic travel products. We create project-based experiences that connect institutions and organizations with the world, including inbound K-culture programs for international visitors.

LEE & HWANG supports more than participant movement and accommodation. We provide event planning, operations, on-site management, participant experience design, and international exchange programs as an integrated MICE partner.

We align objectives, audiences, budgets, and success criteria.
We design the program structure and experience flow.
We coordinate institutions, speakers, venues, and operating partners.
We manage movement, protocol, risk, and participant experience.
We organize outcomes and leave room for the next collaboration.
PORTFOLIO
Regardless of public disclosure scope, our portfolio is not a record of visits. It is an archive of purpose, exchange, operation, and outcomes.
We design policy training, overseas benchmarking, education exchange, and institutional visits as purpose-driven programs.
