Chief Executive Officer / Project Supervisor
Lee Jong Hwan
CEO Lee Jong Hwan worked at global companies including BOSCH and IBM Consulting, then covered the heavy industry sector as a securities analyst at Kyobo AXA. He later served as a Senior Fund Manager at Hyundai Asset Management, managing more than KRW 800 billion in assets, including entrusted funds from institutional investors such as the National Pension Service.
Based on strategic analysis, industry research, institutional asset management, and global business experience, he supervises major LEE & HWANG projects from a strategic perspective.

Executive Director / Project Supervisor
Hwang Yoon Jae
Executive Director Hwang Yoon Jae has worked at Dongyang International Tourism Development Co., Ltd. since 2009, handling corporate travel, business trips, public institution training programs, exhibition and fair visits, and global program operations.
He has experience across finance, HR, general affairs, sales, product planning, and operations, and has planned and operated projects for corporations and institutions while serving as Head of Corporate Strategy and registered director.
With field-centered execution and experience coordinating diverse stakeholders, he leads LEE & HWANG's global programs and MICE project operations.
